What is your brand?

What is your brand?

How do you describe your brand? What do you want others to take away from it? Whether you realize it or not, your clients are making assumptions about your business from what they see AND what they experience. This should be encouraging! When we are putting our personalities into our business, and making them our own, we are able to make powerful connections with our clients.

To do that, here are two things to consider:

1) Focus on ways to build relationships with your customers, at every stage of the process. Is your website helpful and easy to navigate? How does your communication during the visit bring the client into the experience and inform them of what's going on? All of these "touch" points in our business are areas to strengthen not just their experience with our business, but also the relationship.

2) Are your logo, fonts, and colors communicating what they should be to your clients and customers? Beyond what the clients experience, what they see from our business influences their assumptions. By focusing on the feelings and emotions you want a client to take away, you're able to make more informed decisions. From the photos you share to the infographics you create, consistency of emotions and feelings helps clients connect and stay engaged.
